Price Promise~The prices quoted generally contain discounts on normal retail prices, these discounts can be up to 20% off normal retail prices. We guarantee all our prices to be the lowest available. If you find an identical package for less else where then inform us of the supplier and the cost of the package and we shall beat it.

Club Cards & Savings Schemes~We operate both a savings club scheme and a club card scheme, this allows you to save up for special purchases, gifts etc.
Also used in conjunction with our ordering system, offering an easy and flexible payment method of larger items (Goods must be paid for before released).

Simple Ordering~Ordering is made simple either online or by our staff, requiring your name, address, phone number and the goods required. You will then receive an order confirmation through the post with your account number, order references and full details of your order.~~~215~311~~

Storage~All Larger items can be stored for you until you require them. If the item is a pram, it is beneficial for you to leave it in storage with us as it ensures that you get full benefit from the manufacturers guarantee period. It also avoids unnecessary delays should we have to refund due to miscarriages etc.~~~215~312~~

Delivery~We will deliver any item(s) you require free of charge to any UK mainland address providing the total value of the goods being despatched exceeds £200.00. We usually require 2-3 days notice for the items to be picked from storage before the goods are despatched, please allow for this when booking in for delivery.~~~215~313~~

Customer Collections~You can collect your items from any of our outlets at your convenience. We will require 2-3 days notice to ensure that your products are picked from storage and are available at the shop of your choice. All goods must be paid for in full and the funds cleared before they will be released, if paying by cheque please allow 7-10 days for the cheque to be cleared before collecting your goods (unless covered by cheque guarantee card).~~~215~314~~

Guarantees~All wheeled goods come with at least a 6 month manufacturers guarantee covering defects in the materials & faulty workmanship (it does not cover accidental damage). The length of this guarantee depends on the manufacturer concerned, some companies offer life time guarantees on certain parts of their products. The guarantee period becomes effective when the product leaves the shop, not when you begin using it (It makes sense for you to store your pram with us until it is needed)~~~215~315~~

Loan Equipment~In the unlikely event that your pram/chassis/pushchair/stroller/buggy has a fault with it, we will provide a replacement which is suitable for your needs. There are only a limited number of loan products available, should one be unavailable when you require it we shall send you a replacement as soon as possible when one becomes free. We may have to ask for a security and/or shipping costs for this service.~~~215~316~~

Repairs & Servicing~We offer a full range of repair and servicing for most products, from a simple clean up and service of an old pram to a full strip down repair. Repairs are charged at £10.00 per hour plus components and any shipping costs. Please call for a quote and advice, as some simple repairs can be achieved at home with the correct components for a fraction of the cost (no shipping & labour costs).~~~215~317~~
