How to place your order~
Ordering from Urchins Baby World couldn't be easier.

Simply browse the on-line shop by clicking on the picture or links on the pages. You can get more detailed information about any product by clicking on the small picture, this will give you a much larger picture to view and all the information.

Selecting an Item
Throughout the site you will find various buttons and boxes you can use to select your purchases.
The simplest is the button. Just clicking this will add the item to your shopping basket. If you require more than one, you can alter the quantitiy in the box situated just before the BUY button. Where you have a choice, you will have a drop down menu, by changing the value in this item nothing will happen until you press the 'BUY' button.You will then be asked to confirm that you have just added an item to your basket. If you don't want to add this item at this time press the 'CANCEL' option otherwise press 'OK'. (You can still cancel individual items later on)~~~342~351~~

New Display Item~Viewing your order & checking out
At any time you can view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the 'View Basket' button in the left menu. This will take you to your basket. Here you can adjust the quantity of each item, delete individual items from your basket, or you can clear the entire order. You can go back to the shop by clicking on the Continue shopping button at any time. You can also checkout from here.

When you are ready to send your order press the

button found in the top menu, again you can adjust the quantity of each item required, delete individual items or clear the whole order.

Choose the delivery method you require, this will automatically recalculate the carriage costs on your order (if applicable). We will then require your details for the invoice and delivery address (if different). There is a section at the end of the order form for any additional information.

You can then print the form out for a hard copy, then press the send order button which will send you over to our secure server to collect you card details. If you wish to fax your order over please use the printed form and include your payment details. If you are going to post your order please send the printed form along with your payment. If you would like us to call you back for your credit card details please indicate this on the form.~~~342~352~~
