At Urchins Baby World we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.
Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you can return them. Simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging, we will not refund items that have been used.This does not include the cost of the original and return postage and packaging.
Unfortunately this does not include Carseats, Wooden products or any specially ordered items that are not standard stocked item.
Your Right to Cancel
There is a cooling off period with all internet sales that entitles you to have a right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of your goods, we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s) within 30 days. This does not include the cost of the original and return post & packaging. Please contact our customer services department to arrange this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We prefer to use our own carriers for collection of goods as we have control should there be any problems such as lost or damaged goods. The cost of this service is £20.00 for orders upto £200.00 and £25.00 for goods upto £10,000.00. For goods that weight more than 30kg there will be a surcharge please call for a quote.
If you would prefer to return your goods by your own means, for your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post, ensure that the insurance value covers the value of the goods being returned.~~~344~355~~
