How and when your order will be delivered~
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 5-10 working days. If an item is out of stock and it needs to be ordered from our suppliers, we will notify you by email or telephone; this gives you the opportunity to cancel your order. With the larger items, many people prefer to take advantage of our free storage facility until much closer to the babies due date, this is so that full advantage can be taken of the guarantee. Should payment have been taken and there is a delay in shipping then the customer has the right to cancel the order with a full refund.~~~346~375~~

Delivery Charges~Orders are send by one of two methods, either by nextday carrier (Monday to Friday) or by Recorded Mail. All deliveries carry the relevant insurance and require a signature when being received.

Delivery is free of charge to any UK mainland address providing the order is greater than £200.00.
If the order value is lower then £200.00 then a set of sliding charges are applied to the order.

We know that delivery charges are an unwanted expense and that somtimes thay have to be added, when a charge has to be added to an order we will always send that order by the lowest cost available (without compromising the insurance)
If the order is small enough to go by recorded mail we will send it by this method, a charge between £3.00 and £5.00 is applied according to the actual weight of the order.
If the order being sent is too large for the post then a charge of £9.40 is applied to send it by carrier on a next day service~~~346~376~~
